The duo was part of a larger group of seven players to earn All-ODAC accolades.
Morse, Jake Loew and first baseman Luke Nussman were named to the first team, Dan Cameron and Tristan Baker second team and two players, Gerard DePhillips and Michael Bugonowicz, named third team All-ODAC.
The Coach of the Year award is the second for Anderson in the past four years and his seventh since 2009. He previously was the ODAC Coach of the Year in 2014.
Morse and DePhillips have alternated as the Hornets No. 1 starter all season long with Morse posting an 8-0 overall record with a 2.60 ERA.
In league play, he was 5-0 with a 2.84 ERA in 50 2/3 innings. Morse also struck out 50 and had opponents hit just .217 against him.
He was named as the ODAC Pitcher of the Week one time this season.
This is the second time in four years that SU has had the league's Pitcher of the Year. Darrell Thompson '16 was named following his sophomore season.
DePhillips was 2-1 in league play (6-1 overall) with 23 strikeouts and a 3.27 ERA in six ODAC starts. The Florham Park, New Jersey native also has a team-high three complete games this season.
Nussman, a first baseman who missed the last five games of the league season with an illness, nonetheless led the Hornets with a .526 average in league action. He had 30 hits in 57 at-bats with 12 RBI and a .667 slugging percentage.
Loew, the squad's designated hitter whose .371 overall average leads the team, hit .354 in ODAC play with four of his team-high 10 home runs coming against conference opponents. He also had 21 of his team-leading 50 RBI come in the 20 ODAC contests.
Loew was named ODAC Player of the Week two times this season.
Cameron was an ironman this season, playing in 19 of the 20 league games as the Hornets catcher and hitting .346 with 27 hits in 78 at-bats. Cameron had a third-best-on-team 16 RBI in ODAC games.
Baker earns his second All-ODAC honor in as many seasons as the second baseman hit .356 in the ODAC with a team-high 31 hits in 87 at-bats. He had four doubles, a .446 on-base percentage and his 13 walks co-led the squad.
Bugonowicz had a team-best 1.75 ERA in league play with a 3-0 record in 25 2/3 innings pitched. Opponents hit just .170 off of him and he had 17 strikeouts in those 25 2/3 innings pitched.
Morse, Loew and Baker are repeat All-ODAC selections with all three men moving up one spot from their 2016 selections.
In five seasons of ODAC baseball, SU has 31 All-league selections with the eight this season topping the seven picked in both 2015 and 2016. In 2014, SU had six players plus Kevin Anderson as Coach of the Year. Two players were picked in 2013.
