DELAWARE, Ohio – Sophomore Shamyra Wilkerson led a trio of Shenandoah University track & field athletes Thursday in the squad's final meet of the season.
Wilkerson won the 200 meters with a 25.43 and she won by .17 of a second.
On the men's side, senior Ansel Borhauer was seventh in the men's 400 at 50.15.
Senior Danielle McGrady wrapped up the competitors by completing in three throwing events, the javelin, hammer and discus.
She opened the day with a third place showing in the javelin, tossing it 36.96 meters on her fifth of six attempts.
She was seventh in the hammer after opening with a 46.56 meter throw.
McGrady completed her evening with an 11th place performance in the discus. She had a 36.26 toss to open the event and provide her best toss.
McGrady is currently 24th in the javelin with the top 22 competitors invited to the NCAA National Championships next week. The final list of those NCAA qualifiers will be announced Saturday afternoon.
