Toan Strength & Fitness Center

The Toan Strength and Fitness Center is under the supervision of Brett Sabol, CSCS, head strength and conditioning coach.

EXPECTATIONS

  • Must show valid SU ID to gain entrance into the weight room.
  • Have a spotter / partner when using free weights.
  • Must use collars/clamps when using barbells.
  • Shirts, athletic shorts/sweatpants and tennis shoes are required. No tank tops, open toed shoes or flip flops permitted.
  • No excessive / hanging jewelry permitted.
  • All bags must be placed on windowsills and away from all machines and equipment.
  • Inappropriate behavior, language and/or conduct will not be tolerated.
  • Music with profanity, racial slurs, or sexist comments is prohibited.
  • Music must be played at a level respectful to classrooms/offices around weight room.
  • No food or drink allowed, only water is permitted.
  • PUT WEIGHTS BACK ON THE RACKS AND IN THE SAME ORDER THAT YOU FOUND THEM.

 
NOT FOLLOWING THESE GUIDELINES CAN AND WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING PROHIBITED FROM USING THE WEIGHT ROOM
