Toan Strength & Fitness Center
The Toan Strength and Fitness Center is under the supervision of Brett Sabol, CSCS, head strength and conditioning coach.
EXPECTATIONS
- Must show valid SU ID to gain entrance into the weight room.
- Have a spotter / partner when using free weights.
- Must use collars/clamps when using barbells.
- Shirts, athletic shorts/sweatpants and tennis shoes are required. No tank tops, open toed shoes or flip flops permitted.
- No excessive / hanging jewelry permitted.
- All bags must be placed on windowsills and away from all machines and equipment.
- Inappropriate behavior, language and/or conduct will not be tolerated.
- Music with profanity, racial slurs, or sexist comments is prohibited.
- Music must be played at a level respectful to classrooms/offices around weight room.
- No food or drink allowed, only water is permitted.
- PUT WEIGHTS BACK ON THE RACKS AND IN THE SAME ORDER THAT YOU FOUND THEM.
