LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Shenandoah University men's tennis teams saw its winning streak snapped at two matches after falling, 5-4, in ODAC action Saturday at Lynchburg.

Lynchburg (5-1, 4-1 ODAC) led 2-1 after doubles, but Shenandoah (7-3, 4-3) rallied with wins in the top three singles matches to put itself one victory from the win.
IN BRIEF
Keith Orr registered that first singles victory, winning 6-1, 6-3 at No. 1 over Colton Mullins.

The two teams then split the next four matches with
Vitali Rivera winning 6-1, 7-6 (4) at No. 2 and
Darian Diaz 6-1, 6-0 at No. 3 for Shenandoah.

Lynchburg also had straight set wins at Nos. 4 and 5.

This left it up to the No. 6 singles match where the hosts earned the team win with a 6-3, 6-2 triumph.

Orr and Rivera also had the doubles win, taking out Daniel Christian and Carter McCleary, 8-4, at No. 1.
UP NEXT
The Hornets travel to Roanoke on Wednesday for a 3 p.m. ODAC match. This is also a doubleheader with the SU women.
