Matt Milich joined Shenandoah University in 2023Â as Associate Athletic Director and Director of Athletic Communications. He brings a wealth of experience in athletic administration, operations, and communications from a career spanning multiple collegiate and professional settings.
Prior to Shenandoah, Milich served as Assistant Athletic Director at Cabrini University, where he managed the athletic department’s website, supervised game operations, and supported facility operations. His earlier roles include Associate Athletic Director and Interim Athletic Director at Cairn University, where he oversaw game operations, assisted with budgeting, and managed a team of student workers.
Milich also held key positions at the University of Pennsylvania as Athletic Facilities Assistant, managing events for seven varsity sports and assisting with four others. He began his career in athletics as Director of Operations for the New Jersey Outlaws minor league hockey team in the Federal Prospect Hockey League.
A New Jersey native, Milich earned his Master of Business Administration in Sports Management from Columbia Southern University in 2012. He is a 2006 graduate of Cairn University.
Matt and his wife, Mandy, reside with their two children, Sophia and William.
