Kelli (Thiederman) Plemmons joined the athletics department in September 2018 as an assistant athletic trainer.
Plemmons, a former collegiate softball standout at Azusa Pacific, comes to SU after running her own business, Thiederman Strength & Conditioning, from November 2013 through August 2018.
Prior to her entering private business, Plemmons was the Head Athletic Trainer at Pasco (Washington) High School and for the Tri-Cities Fever football team as well as an assistant AT at Hawai’i Pacific University.
In addition her certification as an athletics trainer, Plemmons holds a strength and conditioning certification from CSCS and as an Emergency Medical Technician.
Plemmons serves as the primary AT for the women's soccer and softball programs as well as the indoor track & field teams.
She and her husband, Rob, are parents of twin boys.
