Todd Bartley is the owner of Colonial Radio Group of Williamsport, LLC which is the home of News Talk 1400 AM, Win Life TV, and 102.9 Valley FM. 

Bartley provides play-by-play commentary for Shenandoah's Football, Men's & Women's Basketball, and Baseball teams.

In his first year of coverage for the Hornets, Bartley covered the 2023 ODAC Women's Basketball Tournament, 2023 NCAA Winchester Regional, and the 2023 Lynchburg Super Regional.
