WINCHESTER, Va. - Shenandoah University got the equalizing goal on four different occasions Thursday afternoon, but nothing was decided as SU tied visiting Southern Virginia 4-4 in non-league action.

Southern Virginia (6-7-1) got the game's opening goal in the 6th minute on an on unassisted tally from Greg McClain, but the Hornets (5-7-2) made the first of four comebacks with a Jace Kenny (Tweed, Australia/Tweed River) goal 15 minutes later.

This pattern continued for the rest of regulation - Southern Virginia scored in the 30th, 56th and 62nd minutes only to see its hosts answer in the 41st, 59th and 75th minutes to tie the contest each time.

SU had three of the four shots taken in overtime, including a point blank attempt by Mohamed Toure (Lorton, Va./Robert E. Lee) in the first extra session, but could not pull out the victory.

Kenny and the Knights' Eric Lowe each had two goals for their respective sides while Toure and Mark Hasson (Herndon, Va./Oakton) scored for Shenandoah.

SU outshot SVU 16-7 and had 15 corners to the Knights' 2.
