WINCHESTER, Va. - The Shenandoah University men's soccer team completed its 2004 regular season Wednesday afternoon with a 4-0 shutout over visiting Hood College.

Senior Mark Hasson (Herndon, Va./Oakton) tallied nine minutes later off of an Alfred Smith (Alexandria, Va./Annandale) pass to give SU an insurance goal, but a 20-3 advantage in shots prevented Hood from staging a comeback.
Freshmen Jace Kenny (Tweed, Australia/Tweed River) and Caleb Davis (Chambersburg, Pa./Chambersburg) rounded out the Hornets scoring in the 22nd and 88th minutes, respectively.
Keepers Chris Peter (Chantilly, Va./Northern Va CC) and Kyle Hodges (Virginia Beach, Va./Kempsville) combined to make three saves in the victory.
