WINCHESTER, Va. - Shenandoah University qualified for the USA South Conference men's soccer tournament for the fifth consecutive year Saturday afternoon with a 7-0 win over Averett.
Shenandoah (7-9, 1-5 USA South) scored just 3:44 in and cruised against the Cougars (3-13, 0-6).

Chad Blizzard tallied that unassisted goal and teammateÂ
Aaron McGuiness scored an insurance goal on a corner kick just over nine minutes later to clinch it.

Jason Jarrett came next with a penalty kick conversion in the 21st minute and then sophomoreÂ
Mohamed Toure closed out the first half scoring with another unassisted goal at the 42:54 mark.
SU added two goals in a 30 second span midway through the second half before seniorÂ
Mihailo Prelevic closed it out at 86:39.
The Hornets outshot Averett 20-3 for the game and held a 4-3 advantage in corner kicks.
