WINCHESTER, Va. - Shenandoah University completed its 2006 women's soccer regular season Saturday afternoon with a 3-0 USA South Conference loss to visiting Christopher Newport University.
CNU (10-5, 5-2 USA South) scored in the 13th, 32nd and 80th minutes to send the Hornets (4-14, 1-6) to defeat.
Jaclyn Trono scored what proved to be the game-winner for the Lady Captains with an unassisted tally at 12:58. Chelsea Brown made it 2-0 at 31:24 before Nikki Greenberg finished it at 79:15.

Lauren Elliott, who set a school record with her 14th career shutout earlier this week, had two saves.
