HOLLINS, Va. - Shenandoah University dominated everywhere but the scoreboard Saturday afternoon as Hollins University stole a 1-0 non-league women's soccer win.

Shenandoah (2-10) took 38 shots to Hollins' 15 and had six of the game's nine corner kicks, but HU tallied the game's only goal in the 28th minute.

Kelly Davison scored that goal for Hollins, which also gave the hosts a 3-2 lead in the all-time series between the two schools.

Freshman Jen Stoup had 11 shots, including six on goal, for the Hornets. SU keeper Lauren Elliott made 11 saves.
