HARRISONBURG, Va. - Lindsey Snyder scored a pair of goals in the first 12 minutes for host Eastern Mennonite Wednesday evening to lead the Lady Royals to a 6-0 non-conference women's soccer victory over Shenandoah University.

Eastern Mennonite (6-2) tacked on four more goals in the second half to provide the final margin of victory over the Hornets (1-7).

Synder finished the evening with five points; she added an assist in the 65th minute.

SU keeper Megan Clark had eight saves in just over 78 minutes before giving way to Lauren Elliott.

Shenandoah is one the road this weekend for a pair of USA South Conference contests. The Hornets will take on Peace College in a neutral site game at NC Wesleyan on Saturday before traveling to Danville, Va. to face Averett on Sunday.
