BRIDGEWATER, Va. - Host Bridgewater College erased an early one-goal deficit Monday afternoon and secured a 5-2 non-league field hockey victory over Shenandoah.

Meggie Dutill goal at 15:08, but the Eagles (3-6) scored at 22:38 and 34:37 to head into halftime with a 2-1 advantage.
Dutill tied it for the Hornets with an unassisted goal just over four minutes into the second half, but Kalah Hess scored 10 minutes later with what proved to be the game-winning goal.
BC outshot Shenandoah 22-4 and held a 12-8 advantage in penalty corners.
