LYNCHBURG, Va. - Host Randolph College was dominant in all phases of the game in a 7-0 non-league men's soccer victory over Shenandoah Saturday afternoon.
The WildCats (2-0) scored in the 22nd, 41st and 45th minutes to take a commanding first half lead over SU (0-2).
Randolph didn't let up following the break, as it scored in the 49th, 58th, 61st and 68th minutes to provide the final margin of victory.
The 'Cats held a 23-7 advantage in shots and took six of the seven corners awarded in the contest.
Hornets keeper James Dutcher had six saves in the first 68:34 of the contest before giving way to freshman Anthony Light.
Shenandoah continues its trip through ODAC opponents with a game at Hampden-Sydney Sunday afternoon.
