Eagles Shoot Down Men's Soccer

BRIDGEWATER, Va. – The Shenandoah University men's soccer team completed its inaugural ODAC season Wednesday afternoon with a 1-0 loss to Bridgewater College.

Ryan Tavernaris scored the lone goal of the game for Bridgewater (10-7, 6-5 ODAC).

The Eagles outshot SU (3-13-2, 1-9-1) 24-7 for the game, including 15-2 in the first half.

BC also had an 11-1 advantage in corner kicks.

Hornets keeper James Dutcher made six saves.

The 2013 SU schedule will be announced in January.
