ASHLAND, Va. - Top-seeded Randolph-Macon eliminated Shenandoah University from the 2014 ODAC Volleyball Tournament with a 3-0 victory Wednesday evening.
Randolph-Macon (20-10) won at 22, 14 and 18 over the Hornets (16-14).
R-MC, as the No. 1 seed, now will host the league's semi-finals and championship Saturday afternoon.
Senior Rachel Gross paced SU in the match with six kills while freshman Elizabeth Lamont and sophomore Jasmine Callahan added five each.
The Hornets did not have a player with double digit kills, but had six players with three each.
Callahan had 12 assists from her setter spot while freshman Brandi Griffith paced the defense with 16 digs.
Callahan rounded out her solid night with 11 digs.
Shenandoah will announce its 2015 schedule this winter.
