FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The Shenandoah University women's soccer team completed its play at the Mary Washington Classic Sunday afternoon with a 0-0 tie versus the Coast Guard Academy.
Both SU (0-3-1) and CCA (2-1-1) had seven shots on goal in the 110 minutes of game action.
Hornets keeper Erin Septer turned away all seven of those shots, including four on point blank shots.
The shutout is the first of the season for Septer.

Shenandoah is back in action on Wednesday in a non-league contest at Dickinson. Game time is 7 p.m.
