The Hornets led the entire way versus Wilson (0-2) as Kwa McDonald gave SU a lead would not relinquish by canning a 3-pointer 25 seconds into the contest.

Coach Rob Pryor's club quickly jumped out to a 9-2 lead, and after the Phoenix was able to cut the deficit to one, 19-18, with 6:59 remaining, scored 15 of the final 23 points of the opening stanza to take a 34-26 lead into the break.

Jonah Meredith scored the initial bucket of the second, a layup in the paint 23 seconds in, to push the lead into double digits for the first time.

Shenandoah would lead by at least 10 for all but 24 seconds the rest of the way.

Leading 47-37 with 14:06 left, the Hornets turned the game into a rout with a 16-0 run over the next 6:33.

Pryor emptied his bench shortly thereafter, and the Hornets scored 17 of the final 24 points to provide the final margin of victory.
