WINCHESTER, Va. - The Shenandoah University women's soccer team dropped a 1-0 heartbreaker to ODAC member Roanoke College Friday night.
The Maroons (8-2-1, 2-0-1 ODAC) put one past Hornets (7-4, 2-1) in the second minute of overtime to earn the conference victory.
The Hornets were knocking on the door all night but Roanoke goalie, Chris Martin, kept the visitors in the match with some solid saves to send the game into overtime.
