HARRISONBURG, Va. – Host Eastern Mennonite University earned its second ODAC win of the season with a 3-0 sweep over Shenandoah Saturday afternoon.

The Royals (9-8, 2-5 ODAC) won at 22, 12 and 18 over the Hornets (6-14, 1-5).

Shenandoah struggled from the attack line, hitting just .035 (27-23—115) in the match and had a negative hitting percentage in the second set.

Eastern Mennonite ultimately clinched the match with a 6-0 run late in the third. With the Hornets leading 17-15 following a
Gabby Coradazzi kill, the Royals answered by scoring the next six points of the set and after SU got a
Kate Poppo kill off of a
Megan Hillyard assist, reeled off the final four points to close the Hornets out.
