FROSTBURG, Md. - The Shenandoah University men's lacrosse team saw its five-game winning streak come to an end Tuesday afternoon with a 14-4 non-league loss at Frostburg State University.
After Michael Brooks opened the scoring for Shenandoah (5-2) with an unassisted goal at 13:51 of the first, FSU (4-1) scored the next six goals of the game to take a lead it would not relinquish.

The Hornets were held off the board for 31:10 as the Bobcats turned that 1-0 deficit into a 6-1 lead. Devon Walker finally snapped the scoreless drought for SU by converting a Chris Baker feed at 12:41 of the third.
After Brooks found Ryan Schott for an EMO goal two minutes later, FSU answered with another six-goal run to put the contest away.
Orlando Levins had the Hornets final tally, scoring unassisted with 6:16 to play.
Michael Beutel saw 36 shots and had 22 saves.
