WINCHESTER, Va. – Visiting Virginia Wesleyan scored the first three goals of the game on its way to a 3-1 ODAC women's soccer victory over Shenandoah University Wednesday afternoon.

VWU (3-1, 3-1 ODAC) converted a penalty kick 2:11 before halftime and then scored a pair of goals midway through the second to pull away from Shenandoah (3-3, 1-3).Â
