SALEM, Va. – Host Roanoke College erased a three-goal deficit to earn a 4-3 ODAC women's soccer victory over Shenandoah University Sunday afternoon.
 
Shenandoah (2-1, 1-1 ODAC) scored the initial three goals of the game, all in the second half, only to see Roanoke (1-2-1, 1-1) score four goals in the final 30:40 of the contest to steal the win.
IN BRIEF
MC Petrucelli scored the first, third, and fourth goal of that Maroons run with the game-winner coming at 88:09.
 
The Hornets were unable to get off a shot in the 1:51 of the contest in an effort to bring the game back to level.

Maiya Pencile had two of Shenandoah's three goals; she tallied off of a 
Kristen Fisher assist to open the scoring at 41:28 and converted a penalty kick at 53:25.
