ASHLAND, Va. – Host No. 19 Randolph-Macon pitched a pair of shutouts Saturday to sweep an ODAC doubleheader from Shenandoah University.

Macon (12-7-1, 6-4) was a 1-0 winner in the opener before completing the sweep over SU (4-16, 1-11) with a 4-0 game two win.
GAME ONE
The two teams were scoreless through 6 ½ innings with R-MC scoring the game's lone run on three hits and a walk in the bottom of the seventh.

Nikki Stone had the Hornets lone hit with a single to right in the fifth.

Megan Scalley (1-8) took the loss after allowing one run on six hits and three walks in 6 1/3. She also struck out five.
GAME TWO
The Yellow Jackets scored single runs in the second, third, fourth, and sixth while holding Shenandoah to three hits in the 4-0 victory.

Allison Thompson, and
Taylor Glover had the Hornets hits with Amateau and Glover reaching on singles and Thompson on a double.

Kayla Stephenson (3-6) took the loss after allowing four runs on 11 hits in 5 2/3. She also struck out one.
