WINCHESTER, Va. - The Shenandoah University men's wrestling program announced its 2025-26 schedule on Thursday, featuring a home invitational and five home duals.

The Hornets, entering their sixth season as a program, are led by head coach Alex Reeves, who is in his first full season as head coach. Reeves, who joined the coaching staff in 2024-25, led the team for the latter portion of last season as interim head coach.

The season starts at the Tonee Ellis Invite, hosted by Alvernia, on November 1, followed by the SU Home Duals on November 9. At the home duals, Shenandoah hosts Penn Highland Community College and Scranton, with the actions starting at 1 p.m.

The very next week, Shenandoah hosts its third annual Shenandoah Invitational before two straight road invitationals at Muehlenburg and Messiah. On December 11, the Hornets begin their ODAC season at Southern Virginia.

Following four more road dates, the Hornets host their first ODAC match on January 15 against Roanoke at 7 p.m.

January 17, SU heads to Ursinus for the Will Abele Invitational with the second of two trips to Wilkes the following weekend for the John Reese Duals. The regular season ends with three straight ODAC duals, two at home versus Washington and Lee (Jan. 29) and Greensboro (Feb. 6), and a trip to Randolph (Feb. 5).

The ODAC Championship is set for February 14 at 10 a.m., with the Hornets hosting the championship for the second time at the James R. Wilkins, Jr. Athletics and Events Center. SU wrestlers then compete at the NCAA Regionals with the goal of qualifying for the NCAA Championships.
