a three-sport athlete... team captain... member of Omicron Delta Kappa, a national leadership honor society...  had a break through cross country season.. top contender in 400 and heptathlon... As a senior: was sixth in the 800 meter at the Mason-Dixon outdoors... As a junior: earned ALL-MAC indoor honors on the first-place finish in the DMR...named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll... became school''s first-ever MAC outdoor champion with a victory in the 2010 heptathlon.. named Academic All-State... As a sophomore: named second team All-USA South in cross country... finished fourth at the MAC Outdoor Championships in the heptathlon to earn second team All-MAC honors in outdoor track... As a freshman: competed at Virginia Wesleyan in both cross country and outdoor track...
