a good athlete... is an identical twin and part of a set of triplets... his twin brother, Bryce, plays hoops for SU... an older brother played football for Bridgewater... 

As a senior: started in all ten games... named team captain... earned ODAC Player of the Week honors on September 15 after blocking a punt for a safety, forcing and recovering a fumble and posting eight tackles in a 43-29 win at Ferrum... also named to the USA College Football HM team for the week... earned a second ODAC PoW honor after leading SU to a 29-20 victory over Bridgewater on October 5... had 13 tackles (11 solo), 3.5 TFL and 2.5 sacks in the contest... also forced two fumbles and recovered another... also named as the Beyond Sports Network Athlete of the Week and USA Football Defensive Player of the Week for his performance against BC...broke the school recorded in tackles... earned first team All-ODAC honors... grabbed third team All-South Region honors from D3football.com... named to the D3Senior Classic All-Star game... named second team All-State by VaSID... Earned Roanoke Times first team All-State honors... 

As a junior: named third team pre-season All-America by Beyond Sports Network... named pre-season All-South Region by USA Football... earned second team All-ODAC accolades... finished the year with 24 solo and 37 assisted tackles... also made three interceptions... had three receptions for 83 yards... 22 kick returns for 469 yards...

As a sophomore: named USA South Conference defensive Player of the Week on September 19 after posting a game-high 12 solo tackles in the Randolph-Macon contest... also had one assisted tackle, an interception and handled kickoff return duties... earned D3football.com Team of the Week honors on November 1 after making 10 tackles (six solo, 2.5 for loss) in Ferrum contest on October 30... also had two interceptions and returned one for touchdown... named first team All-USA South... named VaSID first team All-State...  named second team All-State by the Roanoke Times...

As a freshman: gained a spot in the starting lineup midway through the year... finished the year with 42 tackles, including 24 solo... also had an interception in the N.C. Wesleyan game... started in 5 of 9 games this season...
