Shenandoah University has partnered with Hometown Ticketing, an online ticket and event management provider, for season and game day ticket sales. In 2021, we moved to an all-digital, cashless system for tickets, parking, and tailgating. Please be sure to purchase your digital tickets online prior to arriving!

Ticket prices, additional game day information, and Hometown Ticketing user guides are listed below. Please note that each SU football player will be permitted up to four (4) general admission seats (bleacher seats only) per home game to distribute as they choose. The team pass list does NOT include parking.

Additional Information:

• Day of tickets will be available for purchase at least one week prior to that game day.
• Complimentary Admission: Shenandoah University students with valid I.D. receive complimentary admission to all regular season athletic events.  Employees (faculty and staff) receive complimentary admission for themselves and one guest to all regular season athletic contests.  All students and employees must present their Shenandoah University I.D. at the ticket gate (no tickets required).
• Reserved parking spaces (for season parking passes) will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis on game day. You will be guaranteed a parking spot in the Athletics & Events Center reserved parking section, but not necessarily the same spot every game.
• Parking lot opens 2 hours prior to kickoff (3.5 hours prior to the Homecoming game on 10/26/2024). Gates open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff.

• Visitors Side: All fans of the visiting teams are encouraged to enter at Gate 6 and sit behind the visiting team sideline.
• Radio/TV/Internet: All Shenandoah University football games are broadcast on TalkWinchester and all home games have video and audio streams at suhornets.com/live. 
• Handicap Access Parking: There is handicap parking access on both sides of Glo Fiber Field at Shentel Stadium and are listed on Hometown Ticketing.
• Restrooms: There are men's and women's bathrooms located on both the home and visitors sides of the stadium. On the home side, the men's restroom is to the scoreboard side and the women's is to the End Zone Building side. Glo Fiber Field at Shentel Stadium is ADA-compliant.
• Pets: There are no pets (other than medical service dogs) allowed at Glo Fiber Field at Shentel Stadium.
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping is prohibited in any University building or within 30 feet of any entrance or window.
• Tailgating: The gates to the parking areas at Glo Fiber Field at Shentel Stadium open 2 hours prior to kickoff (3.5 hours prior to the Homecoming game on 10/26/2024). All federal, state and local laws are in effect and will be enforced. Tailgating FAQ.
• Field Access: Please note that access to the playing surface before or after the game is prohibited except for authorized personnel only. All media requests need to go through the Athletics Communications Department.
• REFUNDS: In the event that an intercollegiate athletic conference is canceled, all money for tickets, parking, and tailgating (if applicable) will be refunded through our ticket supplier, Hometown Ticketing. No refunds will be granted for games that are played as scheduled.
