2019 WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
ODAC CHAMPIONS

The 2019 Women's Basketball Championship run was truly a cinderella-esque run. Entering as the 8-Seed, the Hornets needed a play-in game to advance into Salem, where they would run the table, and handedly at that. They would enter the tournament with a 12-13 (8-10 ODAC) record, and steal a bid into the NCAA Tournament. Their semifinal win over Randolph-Macon clinched their first winning season in 10 years, while the title became the first in the Melissa Smeltzer-Kraft era, and first since the 2000 season.
