Micah Saltzberg was an assistant coach for the 2020 through 2022 baseball seasons. This bio now exists as a historical reference.
University of Maryland cum laude graduate Micah Saltzberg joined the baseball staff in January, 2020.
Saltzberg served as the team manager and video coordinator for the Terrapins during his entire time at UMD as an undergraduate student.
In addition to providing logistical and operational assistance, Saltzberg collected, organized and analyzed team statistics and video footage with a special concentration in sabermetrics.
His on-field duties included practice and pre-game preparation and assistance with instructional drills.
Saltzberg also has experience in coaching AAU and youth basketball and also served as the men's wrestling team manager at Maryland in 2015-16.
With the Hornets, the Baltimore native is involved in all aspects of the program.
