Joe White, a 2006 graduate, returns for his 15th season on the coaching staff. White completed his eligibility in the fall of 2004 and served as a student assistant in the fall of 2005.

As he has during his entire coaching career, White will tutor the Hornets running backs. White played four years of football for the Hornets, appearing in every game during his final three years.

Following his senior season, he was recognized by his teammates as a co-recipient of the Walter Barr Unsung Hero Award.
