Longtime communications professional Taylor Mickleberry joined the SU athletics department in January, 2020 as a statistics specialist.
Mickleberry, who was the assistant SID at fellow ODAC member Randolph-Macon from July 2017 thru the fall of 2019, is the Hornets official statistician for football and volleyball while also assisting with baseball.
Prior to his experience in Ashland, Mickleberry worked for nine years in broadcast television as a producer, videographer, technical director and production assistant. He earned both this undergraduate and graduate degrees at James Madison and was a student assistant in communications while pursuing his undergraduate degree.
Mickleberry also works as a digital content specialist for a farming cooperative in Northern Virginia.
