Former Radford University standout Emma Rogers joined the Shenandoah University women's lacrosse staff in December, 2019 as a volunteer assistant.
Rogers was a member of the Highlanders women's lacrosse program for four years, graduating in 2019, and was a team captain in her final three seasons.
The Reston, Virginia native played in 63 career games and graduated as the leading scorer in program history with 118 goals and 63 assists for 181 points. She also was a two-time first team All-Big South selection and was the first player in Radford history to be named as a Big South Player of the Week.
With the Hornets, Rogers assists head coach Lindsey Lutz and assistant coaches Taylor Paige and Lauren Bezmen in all aspects of the program including practice and game management, recruiting, and player development.
