Lauren is an accomplished and innovative women’s lacrosse goalie coach with nearly 20 years of experience. A Philadelphia native and former Temple University goalkeeper, she moved to Northern Virginia and founded Lady Lax Goalies, where she now coaches female goalies full-time. Lauren trains athletes from youth through college and on the international stage, building sustainable, high-impact goalie programs across the country. She has worked with goalies in 14 states and on 2 continents, blending performance science, neuroscience, sports psychology, and neurovision training to unlock peak performance. In addition to running her coaching business, Lauren serves as the longtime goalie coach for the Peru Women’s National Team, where she’s been supporting the program since its inception.
