LYNCHBURG, Va. - Host Randolph College used a strong second half to key a 4-0 ODAC men's soccer victory over Shenandoah Saturday night.
The loss snaps a two-match unbeaten streak for the Hornets (3-12-2, 1-8-1 ODAC).
Randolph got all of the offense it would need in the 39th minute before the WildCats added three more in the second half to coast home to the win.
RC scored in the 52nd, 63rd and 84th minutes with all but the initial goal of the second half coming off of an assist.
SU keeper James Dutcher made seven saves, but was pelted with 26 shots and saw the 'Cats take seven of the game's nine corners.
Shenandoah completes its season on Wednesday afternoon at Bridgewater. Game time is 4:00.
