LEXINGTON, Va. - Host Washington and Lee pulled away from Shenandoah University in a 77-66 ODAC men's basketball victory Wednesday evening.

Leading 35-33 at the break, W&L (10-6, 3-4 ODAC) outscored Shenandoah (3-13, 0-7) by nine points over the final 20 minutes of play to take the 11-point win.

The Hornets had a strong start to the contest, jumping out to an eight-point lead by the 10:34 mark of the first following a Jordan Hunter jumper in the paint.
