WINCHESTER, Va. - The Shenandoah University volleyball team celebrated its Senior Night Wednesday with a 3-0 non-league sweep over Hood.
Shenandoah (13-15) led for all but one service rotation in the sweep over the Blazers (9-20).
All three of the Hornets seniors played a vital part in the win at 18, 12, and 17.
Rachel Roberts, despite being injured earlier in the season, served in all three sets and dropped in an ace on her very first attempt.
Jasmine Callahan finished the night with nine kills on 18 attacks and added seven assists, three service aces, and 20 digs.
Rachel Cerretani totaled two kills, six digs, two block assists, and a game-high 23 assists.
Kaitlyn Kelley also put down nine kills for the home team, while Caylin Harris added seven.
Freshman Emily Cheatwood ended the match with a block solo.
Shenandoah completes its regular season on Saturday with an 11 a.m. ODAC match at Virginia Wesleyan.
