LEXINGTON, Va. – Host Washington and Lee shot 56 percent from the field Wednesday night in a 96-81 ODAC men's basketball victory over Shenandoah.
The Generals (13-5, 6-3) led 55-31 at the break before the Hornets (5-13, 1-8) scored 50 of the 91 second half points.

W&L also made 11 3-pointers, including six in the first half, on the way to the victory.
Christopher Chaney led the Hornets in scoring with 25 points with Jaylen Williams and Jalyn Jarrett adding 13 each and Alan Dabney 11.
Chaney has led SU in scoring for the ninth straight game.

Shenandoah travels to the Hill City on Saturday to take on Randolph College in a 4:30 ODAC contest.
