BRIDGEWATER, Va. – Host Bridgewater College scored in the final minute of the first overtime session to take a 2-1 ODAC women's soccer victory over Shenandoah University Wednesday afternoon.
 
Shenandoah (9-5, 4-2 ODAC) scored the initial goal of the game, on an 
Abbie Marquette-to-
Emily Yergin tally in the 18
th minute, but Bridgewater (7-5-2, 3-2) had an answer.
IN BRIEF
Hanna Randolph tied the game for the Eagles on an unassisted goal six minutes after Yergin's tally.
 
The two teams combined for 22 more shots in regulation and the first nine minutes of overtime before Catherine Haufe beat Hornets keeper 
Emilie Smith with a shot just inside the left post.
 
Smith, who made seven saves in the contest, stopped a shot just moments before Haufe scored the game-winner.
 
The woman that set up Haufe's goal, Cyan Coates, took that shot that Smith saved.
