BRIDGEWATER, Va.- Senior
Kelsey Jones tied Shenandoah University's all-time goal record in 8-0 ODAC field hockey victory at Bridgewater College Friday evening.
Four Shenandoah (12-1, 5-0 ODAC) first quarter goals helped extend its program-record winning streak to 12 games with the win over Bridgewater (5-9, 2-3 ODAC).

The Hornets scored three goals in the first five minutes of the contest. Senior
Kelsey Jones scored her record-tying 47th career goal to cap off the four-goal opening stanza.
Shenandoah would go on to add four more goals in the second half including goals from
Abbey Ritter and
Hailey Colt.
Mairead Mckibbin had a hand in five goals tonight with three goals and two assists.
Jones,
Cassidy Morrison, and
Kylee Tuebner each had one assist.
The Hornets outshot the Eagles, 42-0, and had a 28-0 advantage on corners.
Jones tied Taylor Hayes '20 atop the all-time goals list. Jones broke Hayes' assist record earlier this season and her points record in Wednesday's ODAC victory at Eastern Mennonite.
