WINCHESTER, Va. – The Shenandoah University men's lacrosse team held Ferrum College off the scoreboard for the initial 53 minutes of the game and rolled to a 16-1 ODAC men's lacrosse victory over the Panthers Saturday afternoon on the Sprint Field at Shentel Stadium turf.
Shenandoah (4-3, 2-3 ODAC) led 15-0 by the time Ferrum (3-9, 1-6) scored its lone goal of the game.

The Hornets, celebrating senior day, were dominant in all phases of the game. SU outshot its visitors 58-18, had 47-20 and 17-5 advantages in groundballs and faceoffs, respectively, and broke seven of the Panthers 26 clearing attempts.
Thirteen men registered at least one point in the win with
Devon Weaver and
Chris Baker co-leading the team with four points each.
Weaver had three goals and an assist while Baker had two goals and two assists.
Logan Clingerman also had three goals.
Goalkeeper
Mark Isabelle made seven saves in playing the initial 52:04 of the contest.
