LEXINGTON, Va. – Homestanding Washington & Lee earned its sixth men's lacrosse victory of the season Sunday with a 17-1 ODAC win over Shenandoah.

Shenandoah (4-5, 2-4 ODAC) scored the game's first goal only to see the Generals (6-3, 5-1) hold SU off the board for the final 54:32 of game time.

W&L answered back three minutes later before scoring what proved to be the game-winner with 4:22 remaining in the first.

W&L outshot SU, 59-34, had a 38-19, advantage in groundballs and won 14 of 22 faceoffs.
