CRESSON, Pa. – Shenandoah University earned its second men's soccer win of the weekend with a 3-1 non-league victory at Mount Aloysius Sunday afternoon.

Niclas Vavra scored all three goals for Shenandoah (3-2) in dispatching the Mounties (1-2-2) for the second consecutive season.

Almost 20 minutes later, Vavra scored what proved to be the game-winning goal by finishing off a
Logan Whited cross from right in front of the MAC goal.

The Mounties closed out the first half scoring 65 seconds before the break by scoring on a free kick.

Midway through the second, Vavra closed the book on the afternoon's scoring with an unassisted tally.

Mount Aloysius outshot SU, 15-12, while the two teams split eight corners.
