Box Score FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – First-year Dominick Suwak made his initial appearance in the ITA Southeast Regionals a positive one Saturday by winning the championship of the B3 singles bracket.
 
One day after earning a victory in the championship flight of doubles with junior Keith Orr, Suwak won three matches Saturday to earn the program's first-ever ITA title.
 
IN BRIEF
Suwak, who defeated Levi Veleanu from Dickinson, 8-5, in the opening round, won his quarterfinal round match by that same score over Zac Ashiani from Franklin & Marshall.
 
Suwak then took out Seb Dijkema from Marymount, 8-4, in the semi-finals.
 
Suwak met Justin Minerva from Haverford in the final and took the championship with an 8-5 victory in the pro set.
 
All matches were played to an eight-game pro-set because of limited indoor courts.

UP NEXT
This completes the fall season for the men. The Hornets return to the court on Feb. 26 for a non-league match versus St. Mary's of Maryland.
