COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Shenandoah University wrestling team was back on the mat after a midweek conference dual taking part in the Ursinus Invitational hosted by Ursinus College Saturday afternoon.  The Hornets were able to place two wrestlers on the podium with Sean Rinebolt's 4^th place finish and Hunter Ballantine placed 5^th. 
 
After picking up the only win for the Hornets on Wednesday at Averett, Rinebolt followed that performance with three more wins on Saturday before dropping the final two.  In his first bout, the sophomore won by tech fall over Alexander Tenaglia from Ursinus 18-0.  Rinebolt followed that match a first-period pin over Jim Post from Utica.  In his third match, Rinebolt won by major decision, 9-0, over Aiden Prunoske from Rochester Institute of Technology.  In the semifinals, Rinebolt fell to Jagger Clapsadle from the host school by tech fall.  Then in the 3^rd place match, Rinebolt lost via tech fall, 15-0, to Danny Poggi from Oneonta. 
 
In the 141-pound weight class, Hunter Ballantine received a first-round bye and then went on to win the next match by major decision over Kellen Horst from Wesleyan by a score of 10-1.  In the quarterfinals, Ballantine would suffer a 14-8 decision to Isiah Shafer from RIT.  Ballantine won his final three matches of the invitational to secure the 5^th place finish.  Ballantine picked up a first-period fall of Porter Kinne of Southern Virginia, a 9-6 decision over Louden Mazzeo from the TCNJ, and a 16-0 tech fall over Ryan Palandino from Nassau.
