VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The No. 20 Shenandoah University field hockey team concluded its regular season on Saturday afternoon with a 3-1 win at Virginia Wesleyan University in an ODAC game.

The Hornets (14-3, 7-1 ODAC) claimed the two-seed in the ODAC Tournament with the come-from-behind victory against the Marlins (5-11, 2-6).

The Marlins scored on their first shot of the game with just under five minutes to play in the first quarter. Virginia Wesleyan stopped five Shenandoah shots in the first quarter to keep the narrow lead at halftime.
