Snyder Named to Third Team All-ODAC

FOREST, Va. – Senior softball player Brenna Snyder was named Third Team All-ODAC at first base by the conference office on Tuesday.

Snyder hit .429 in 16 ODAC games and posted a .410 batting average overall this season. The senior hit three home runs, including a grand slam in her final career plate appearance against Averett in the conference tournament.

In addition to her three home runs, Snyder drove in 16 runs, recorded five doubles, and added a triple. In conference play, the first baseman had a .714 slugging percentage and a 1.202 OPS.

Defensively, Snyder finished the season with a .964 fielding percentage and 78 putouts at first base.

She concludes her career with nine home runs, a .324 batting average, and 36 RBI in 64 games. The Adamstown, Maryland, native ranks in the top 10 for career home runs in program history.

Softball now boasts 16 all-time All-ODAC selections and 60 total all-conference honorees.
