Cross Country Releases 2025 Schedule

WINCHESTER, Va. - The Shenandoah University men's and women's cross country teams announced their 2025 schedule on Wednesday. The 2025 schedule is highlighted with two home meets in September at the Hornets' home course, Kernstown Battlefield.

Shenandoah starts competition at the Eagle Cross Country Challenge, hosted by Bridgewater College, on August 29 at 6:55 p.m. One week later, SU travels to Shippensburg University for the Glen Piper Invite.

On September 12, at 6:00 p.m., the Hornets host their first of two home meets with the SU Twilight. Later that month, on the 27th, SU hosts the 16th annual Hornet Harrier and Commonwealth Challenge. The Hornet Harrier features a community run to start the event, followed by two men's and women's races.

Shenandoah then travels to Lehigh University for the Paul Short Invitational, followed by meets at Rowan University and Gettysburg College to close out the regular season.

On the first day of November, the Hornets travel back to Bridgewater College for the 2025 ODAC Championships. Last year, the men and women each placed fourth at the conference championship.

The NCAA South Region Championships are set to be hosted in Salem, Virginia on November 15, with the National Championships hosted on November 22 in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
