FOREST, Va. - The 2025 Shenandoah Men's and Women's Cross Country teams are preparing for a big jump this season, as they welcome their largest roster in program history, tallying 22 men and 16 women, for a healthy 40-person squad. Led by 20th-year head coach Andrew Marrocco, this year's teams had big shoes to fill with many high-level runners and all-region talents graduating. The culture of the team remains the same with the additions of Marrocco's former student-athletes joining the coaching staff: Sarah Christy as an assistant coach, and Mackenzie Plowman and Janelle Anderson as Graduate Assistants.
